Having been based in the Arcachon Bay area for over 10 years, Estelle has built a rich and exciting career, guided by one conviction: to work with and for others.

Her eclectic career has led her to thrive in the tourism sector and experience something truly unique in the world of entertainment by joining the international adventure of Holiday On Ice.

With unwavering determination, Estelle was also a French boxing champion, a discipline that reflects her combative spirit, ability to push herself beyond limits, and her knack for taking on ambitious challenges.

Naturally drawn to real estate, she turned to this field to help her clients bring their life projects to fruition. By joining Maxwell Baynes Christie's International Real Estate, a leader in luxury real estate, she found a perfect alignment with her values: integrity, trust, commitment, and tailored service.

As an ambassador of this heritage, Estelle guides you with precision and expertise in your real estate projects, relying on her deep knowledge of the market and solid experience. Your goals become her own, and she does everything to guide you with both rigor and care.

Estelle is now the Manager of the Pyla | Bassin d'Arcachon agency, where she continues to channel her energy and expertise into serving her clients.

Jennyfer Goux

Seasonal Rental & Concierge Services Coordinator

Coming from the hotel industry, Jennyfer received training in the luxury hotel and catering sector at the French School of Excellence – Ferrières. She has worked in some of the most prestigious palaces and 5-star hotels of France, including Georges V in Paris, Cap Eden Roc in Cap d’Antibes, and Ha(a)ïtza in Pyla sur Mer. Having a strong attachment to the Bay of Arcachon, she spent all her holidays there since childhood. Today, she aspires to live there permanently.

In 2024, Jennyfer joined Dorothée’s team to develop the private concierge service. Her personality is characterized by rigor, adaptability, and generosity, qualities that are invaluable assets in this profession.

Backed by high-quality service providers, her sole objective is to offer our tenants a professional and tailor-made service.

Anna Cassier

Executive Assistant - Pyla Agency

A seasoned real estate professional, Anna Cassier joined the Pyla agency after several years of experience in demanding sectors, from new-build developments to high-end property. This diverse background has given her a 360° vision of the real estate value chain, as well as the rare ability to navigate complex environments with both efficiency and composure.

Today, she brings her precision, warmth, and radiant energy to the agency’s management team. Her role? Acting as Estelle’s right hand, ensuring seamless operations, anticipating needs, managing priorities and, above all, nurturing strong human connections.

Proactive and committed, Anna plays a key role in the agency’s coordination, especially when it comes to marketing and property promotion. She doesn't just execute, she suggests, refines, and elevates. Always ready to take initiative, she approaches each project with care and integrity, grounded in a people-first mindset.
