Head of Rental Concierge ServicesDirector of a private concierge service in Pyla for the last 8 years, Dorothée joined the Christie's Maxwell-Baynes group in 2023 to take charge of the Concierge and Holiday Rental division in the Bassin.
A former manager of hotel sites, Dorothée is a journalist by training with a passion for interior design. She brings this experience and know-how to her role, offering owners and tenants of our properties refined, high-quality services.
Although she grew up in the Paris region, Dorothée spent all her holidays with her grandparents on the Bassin. She fell in love with the area and moved back 10 years ago. Accompanied by a top-quality team, Dorothée now manages a catalogue of around fifty villas.

Chloé Nahon
Executive Assistant, Pyla AgencyOriginally from Bordeaux, Chloé spent her entire childhood in the region. Her resolute nature, combined with her people skills, led her to choose a career in the commercial sector.
With a passion for real estate and a keen interest in architecture, she decided to continue her studies with a BTS in Real Estate Professions, during which time, she worked for an agency specialising in property transactions in the Gironde, as well as in a firm of real estate valuers.
After graduating, she decided to move to Canada. On her return to France, she joined Maxwell-Baynes Christie's International Real Estate. Having been drawn to the Bassin d'Arcachon since childhood, joining their Bassin team was an obvious choice.
